Needed a machine that could workout my knees, and relieve my sciatica nerve pain. Great news I found it lifepro has been a leg saver the two days of workout. I can feel it all over everyone it's great Thank you Lifepro.

Seems very good quality and I think it will help with my circulation. I didn't have any problems with my leg when I went to bed last night and it usually aches all night. I end up having to wear a compression stocking.

I just got my Hexaplate vibration Plate. I only used it once. I will need to use it for at least a month to give an accurate review. I am using it for muscle growth, increased bone density and improved balance. It is a lot of vibration I could feel in my legs. It is as described.

Red why it’s not attached to the belt there’s no way to keep it on

Because I thought the red light was attached to the belt inside wasn’t a separate piece and does not stay on properly
