Great little machine, still working up on my minutes but love it so far. Very easy to adjust while standing on the machine. Hoping to repair my bones as I have austiopena and this should help with that.

Using the Hexaplate vibration plate for 10 minutes a day -- 5 minutes standing and 5 minutes in plank position with hands on the plate -- I can perform, and sustain, vibrato on the cello better than without the Hexaplate.
