I can this vibration plate my jiggle board. I live how it makes me feel. It's like my legs were not alive with good blood supply prior to use. Now my legs feel better.

Since I just received my Hexaplate Vibration Plate today I can only say that after only a few minutes of use I already feel some relief from my back pain. It should serve as yet another natural way to lessen my pain.

When I opened the packaging it had white scratch marks above the power plug input, but everything else was good. I ran a P1 workout for 10 mins and my whole body feels good. I have a meniscus medial tear in my left knee due to too much golf play and I am hoping this will fix it and continue to keep me in shape.
