Wow, this is the sturdiest machine i have ever purchased. The vibration is strong even on low. I have balance issues do i hold on to my husband for t min and do the beginner exercises. Hopefully i will improve so I don't have to hold on to my husband and can work up to 10 min. Started at 2 min. I am excited to see what happens over time.

I love my vibration plate! I have been using it for almost a week now and have noticed a difference! My legs do not swell at night as they did before. Great product!
