[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the battery life on this phone is no better than the note 20 that I could not stand for the last 3 years this phone is way too complicated cannot really use the new AI features and the circling on the phone really doesn't even work it's complicated convoluted and really insane so on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this phone a 2.

Hello Gmacpa,
Thank you for finding the available time out of your lively day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Please take a moment to review, "Apps are draining battery on Galaxy phone or tablet," "Galaxy Battery - Optimization," "Get the most out of your Galaxy phone or tablet battery," and "Samsung phone battery drains quickly on 5G service" when you have some free time out of your schedule to learn some great information about optimizing your Galaxy battery. If you haven't done so already, be sure to look at our YouTube channel and check out at the awesome new features that you now have available at your fingertips. Generative Edit gives you the power to make any photo exactly how you’d like it! You can fill in the missing borders when aligning or titling an image, or select an object/subject and move it, resize it, or remove it to suit your creativity! Or even better, let AI do the work and suggest common editing features to improve your image, such as removing reflections, remastering, adding color to b/w photos, and so much more. Live Translation allows you to seamlessly overcome language barriers in your voice and text conversations. With Note Assist, you can easily summarize, translate, and organize exactly how you want your notes to be! With Circle to Search, you can quickly find what you are looking for simply by circling what you want to learn more about and asking any follow up questions you may have for the easiest and most efficient search possible. For your convenience, I have also linked your device manual so that you can easily customize your brand-new S24 Ultra to fit your personality. If you would like any further assistance or if you think of any questions that you have for us, let us know by contacting Samsung Support. We'd love to hear from you! Thank you for being a treasured Samsung customer.

Best Phone on the market....By Far!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my wife the new S24 Ultra. The day she got it and we tested it, I ordered 1 for myself. This phone is incredible! Circle to search is simple and produces great results, no matter what your searching. The camera, as always is amazing. I have a Nikon DSLR that I have used since my S20 Ultra. The AI for photo editing is very easy to use with excellent results. See images attached. I was able to cut out the hood of my truck and a garbage can in the picture....you can't even tell.
This is a powerful phone, camera and personal everything device. It's the Swiss Army knife for you day to day living.
Thank you Samsung, keep up the great work!!

An enlarged vapor chamber for enhanced cooling cap
on February 23, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 24 Ultra's cutting-edge chamber vapor cooling technology enables seamless gaming experiences. It allows users to play demanding games like Genshin Impact, Fortnite, and PUBG at the highest settings with a consistent 60fps frame rate. The expanded vapor chamber effectively dissipates heat, ensuring uninterrupted gaming sessions and maximizing performance. And allowing me to get some dubs.

Made the switch...
on February 23, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I consider myself a huge geek, someone whose life is so closely intertwined with technology in almost every facet. Whether for work, pleasure, or productivity, I'm always on a computer nowadays or utilizing technology to improve my life. Sometime a decade ago I switched to the fruit brand after pressure from my spouse and peers, and marketing... After a few recent years of frustrations, mainly with the lack of features, and the "simpler" interface seemingly became too "clunky" to me not being able to perform basic tasks. I guess I outgrew the phone as an advanced user. Now, I couldn't be happier with my Samsung S24 ultra. Not only did they nail the fundamentals- speed, screen, user interface... But the additional features they've managed to pack in without compromise are also incredible, like the S Pen. The amount of customization available is perfect for my needs, maybe could even use more, but the phone will be guaranteed to receive software updates for over 5 years, so I will count on that! As well as RCS coming to both ecosystems. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and looking forward to staying in the Android ecosystem.
