Response from Samsung USBy Social Commerce, February 5, 2024
Hiya Cjosue,
Thanks for taking the available time out of your day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Galaxy S24 Ultra’s camera is the first Galaxy smartphone to come equipped with the Quad Tele system. With the Quad Tele system, users can take clearer, crisper photos in the optical zoom range they typically use. Even when shooting in digital zoom ranges, users can get more detailed photos and videos than before thanks to AI Zoom solution, based on the new ProVisual engine. In addition to zoom, the powerful ProVisual engine upgrades high resolution, Nightography and Super HDR photos. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your cameras and without being able to ask you any follow up questions, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support for further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had every line up of s series in the last 10 years. Samsung has made me fall in love with phone photography with the ease of use and breathtaking photos. My son and I bond with our samsung phones and exploring the world taking photos. The new S series is an absolute game changer with the incredible details in the photos. Everyone thinks I have a professional camera and when I say every single shot has been on a Samsung device they are in shock. I see the world in a whole new way thanks to Samsung. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The snappy performance, great graphics in games, I could go on and on.

The jack of all trades master of some

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S24 Ultra truly stands out with its impressive features and premium build. The titanium finish not only looks sleek but feels amazing in your hand. One UI 6.1 adds to the overall experience, and I personally love the convenience of the S Pen. What sets this device apart is its top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, ensuring smooth performance and impressive battery life. The 2K resolution on the screen is nothing short of awesome, and the camera system, while flexible for the average user, also provides professionals with manual control through pro mode and expert RAW. Yet, there's room for improvement, particularly in the night mode where sometimes it tends to overexpose, turning night into day and potentially ruining a good shot. The device's adaptability shines with its ability to transform into a desktop computer through Dex, and the promise of seven years of software support adds a significant longevity factor. However, there are some software inconsistencies, such as having Mic mode only in video calls and certain apps, leaving room for improvement in uniformity across all applications. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Galaxy S24 Ultra stands as a well-rounded device, making it a strong contender for phone of the year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone us super fast. Lightweight. I previously had the 22ultra and it was twice the weight. I mainly purchased the phone for the photographic element. It was easy to start up and the Ai component helps tremendously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to text and watch YouTube along with some apps and podcasts. I think it's a me thing, but sometimes the battery goes all day with spare charge and sometimes it's gone in a flash
