[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for the new AI but so far I noticed no difference from the Note 20 ultra I traded in.

Aloha Dhsaber,
Thank you for finding the opportunity to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Here's a few differences between the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the Note 20 Ultra: The Galaxy S24 Ultra has a larger battery at 5,000 mAh, it's offered with more internal memory & storage options: 12GB RAM / 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, it has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform for Galaxy processor, the S24 Ultra's camera is the first smartphone to come equipped with the Quad Tele system, and it offers Galaxy AI features. With the Quad Tele system, you can take clearer, crisper photos in the optical zoom range you typically use. Even when shooting in digital zoom ranges, you can get more detailed photos and videos than before thanks to AI Zoom solution, based on the new ProVisual engine. In addition to zoom, the powerful ProVisual engine upgrades high resolution, Nightography and Super HDR photos. Your Galaxy S24 Ultra's 5000mAh (typical) battery has long life that can watch videos for up to 30 hours or play music for up to 95 hours. In terms of your new features, Generative Edit gives you the power to make any photo exactly how you’d like it! You can fill in the missing borders when aligning or titling an image, or select an object/subject and move it, resize it, or remove it to suit your creativity! Or even better, let AI do the work and suggest common editing features to improve your image, such as removing reflections, remastering, adding color to b/w photos, and so much more. Live Translation allows you to seamlessly overcome language barriers in your voice and text conversations. With Note Assist, you can easily summarize, translate, and organize exactly how you want your notes to be! With Circle to Search, you can quickly find what you are looking for simply by circling what you want to learn more about and asking any follow up questions you may have for the easiest and most efficient search possible. Be sure to look at our YouTube channel and check out at the awesome new features that you now have available, linked below. I have also linked your device manual so that you can quickly customize your brand-new S24 Ultra to fit your personality. If you would like any further assistance or if you think of any questions that you have for us, feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a staunch Samsung customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera provides top quality photos and videos. Samsung added new nice features with it. I enjoy Samsung pen and Notes everyday. I am not fully versed with it's on-device AI functions yet but I am sure they will come in very handy.

IPhone Killer
on February 5, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hey there, I used to have a Samsung Note 8 and I really liked it. The only reason I switched was because my whole family has iPhones and we use FaceTime a lot to stay in touch since we live far apart. But now that we're all older, we've found other ways to communicate via second party apps. This Samsung phone is way better than any iPhone I've ever had. The camera is amazing, and the processor is super fast. Samsung really outdid themselves with this one. I'm definitely a Samsung fan for life, whether it's phones or TVs.

Great upgrade - AI is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, I'm a little biased when talking about Samsung.
I've been using Samsung devices (tablets, phones, earpods, washer, TVs) for over 10 years now.
Talking specifically about the S24 Ultra, it was an upgrade over my S22Ultra.
First impressions were GREAT, Amazing even.
Lightning fast processing speed, easier integration with the rest of my home (due to One UI 6.1)

Camera is good. Not a huge improvement as just yet, but the following updates over the next months should change that (for the better). All other Samsung launches have gone through similar situations where the Launch day itself isn't something WOW, but the next updates should prove a better improvement.
As for the AI, crazy good! I can actually edit pictures and videos directly from my device without the need of a 3rd party app (for most things).
One downside - I was one of the MANY people plagued with the dull colors in my display....icons and experience feel washed out and lifeless when compared to other (or previous) phones.
Hopefully Samsung corrects this over a software update over the next few weeks. I almost returned the device as it doesn't SEEM or Feel right in the color department.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s24 ultra is an amazing improvement for the s23 ultra, my favorite part is the flat screen. No more easily crack able screens. And the prossesing power of the phone is awesome allowing me to play my games smoothly.
