Looks great and has potential, but photos are lack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had and loved the S21 Ultra, and believed this would be a huge jump. Maybe it's just my phone, but I've been disappointed. I saved up for the ultra because I do a lot with photo and video. Sadly, I've found the quality equal to or below my old phone, and often the latter. Moon-shot photos have been unusably poor. Normal photos are digitized and often not sharp. Videos are the same. Highlights are blown out. Color is off. Ultimately, it has felt like a downgrade.
The phone has potential, but these issues have led me to regret the extra cost.

We also offer Samsung Care+ that can be added to your eligible devices that would offer you the ultimate physical protection for your investments. Samsung Care+ comes in handy for those unfortunate situations that we may find ourselves in at times in life like falling into the pool with our phone in our pocket, to dropping and shattering the screen as we attempt to carry in the 100th bag of groceries inside from the car, to accidentally losing our phone during one of the many stops of running errands, to when someone decides that your Galaxy S24 Ultra looks better than their own non-Samsung phone so they steal it. Samsung Care+ has you covered. Talk about the ultimate peace of mind! Just in case you were not aware, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI. The Galaxy S24 Ultra uses AI throughout many apps. Great battery and awesome Google features.

I've owned it since release and since then the phone learned my usage and has adapted battery, I'm seeing all day battery before I need a charge. The circle to search is agreat handy tool to help you whether it be to research to quick copy and paste. The camera is also great. It just has alot of great features to describe but it's fully customizable of your liking!

Unmatched Photography Experience!

The quality of the lenses and the wide range of Editing features make my old set up nearly obsolete. With New AI features allowing even more photo editing capabilities, I can't find a better all-in-one photography power house!

Very easy to use. Rarely ever cracks when dropped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful streaming quality. When I play games they run perfectly with medium graphics, and it never heats up too quick. Pictures are never burnt into the screen. Never had a problem with it. When dropped, screen rarely cracks unlike previous phones I've had. Samsung is the switch I'll never regret, quality and performance is unmatched.
