Why not SSD as well?

A solid-state drive should be an option as well. I know there are other capable units out there that let you use SSD's but if you can integrate them all into one unit would be great!

10GbE? SSD?

Where is the utility software ?

Where is the utility software ? Per the included instructions this comes with “utility” software that is supposed to be downloaded for my MacBook Pro. There is also no Ethernet support.

This doesn't respond to windows, barely shows up in Mac stuff, and doesn't nearly do what it should. I am SO disappointed...
