product itself is good however, there was printed words on the back which seemed to rub off the first time I used it. I recognized black smudge on my palms and I just wiped all of it off entirely with a wet napkin. is this a defect or a known thing ? first time buyer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this product to cut my husbands hair at home. Even as an amature it is easy to use and cuts very well.
This set I bought for the reason I wanted to have a set that was cord free. I had read through all the reviews on this particular set (all amazing reviews), and decided to give it a go. I am so glad I gave these a try!!! I am blown away with the precision as well as longevity of the battery! It does only come with one battery, however it is just too amazing to pass up on this set (and I've had a LOT of clipper sets over the ten years I've been a cosmetologist)!!!
Clippers cut clean, besides the lever it’s horrible doesn’t stay in place
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased every clipper T edge and foil shaver Babylist has manufactured in the last five years. So I have multiple and good experience with all the equipment. I have purchased so far. However, these FX one with one battery that can be removed. Has not been a good clipper. I only used it a couple times the battery cuts out and pulls hair mid scoop out. Customers did not appreciate that. And yes, the battery was fully charged. My guess is it didn’t have a good contact from the clipper to the battery. Also, these clippers are louder and has a slight rattling sound. It may just be this one out of 100. I like the idea of one battery for all the products but it seems the quality has dropped. Sidenote I didn’t get a chance to use these clippers when I first bought them so it’s past the 30 day warranty return them.
