Custom filter sizes

I custom ordered these online through a large chain hardware store expecting a single air filter that was 14’’ X 36’’ but what arrived was a box of 6 filters comprised of (2) 14’’ X 18’’ filters taped together. I could have done this myself for 1/3 of the price.
The filters themselves were of reasonable quality. I was disappointed that the custom was not described more accurately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am happy with the effencey of the Filtrete Allergen Defense Air Filters. I do however find the filters quite expensive. Currently replacing every 60 to 90 days.
I would recommend this to a friend!
