Good Reception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Hover Amplified Antenna really works. My job is in a secluded location in a wooded area and barely has any reception. After the easy installation, I was ready to give it a try. Surprisingly, I got all of my local channels without all the pausing and skipping channels and absolutely no blackscreens. Would definitely recommend

Ditch cable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Hover Amplified Antenna Indoor, Ultra Pro Series is so useful to have and a great way to ditch cable! I have saved so much more money but getting rid of cable and using this antenna! I love that I can watch my favorite shows and the quality is great too! This antenna has great range and is easy to set up.
One of the things I really like is that you can mount it on the television, on a table top or even the wall. Whatever you choose, it looks nice. I actually have it sitting on top of my television and it looks great without looking cluttered.
The set up was fairly easy and I really like how you can re-scan to see if there are any new channels that you can view with this antenna.
This would be great for anyone who wants to save money and get rid of cable.
I recommend!

Easy Setup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Hover Amplified TV Antenna is easy to install. You can mount it on the television, on the wall or even in a window. Whatever gives you the best opportunity to receive a signal. You should be able to get channels that are up to 55 miles away. However, that wasn't the case. Most channels even just 25 miles away weren't clear. Maybe its the weather or the side of the house the room is on. The room does have a window, but that doesn't seem to help a lot. In any case, this antenna is nice to have for the occasional use. However, I wouldn't drop cable and use this antenna. I would be left very frustrated.

Works great in the remote woods!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can get local TV stations now! I am a child of modern technology, but I remember growing up with only about five stations as a child. We tuned into whichever station had the best news broadcast, for the most part, or the best cartoons on Saturday morning. I wasn’t even sure there were local news stations anymore because I am so used to tuning into national broadcast news for the past 20 or more years.
Well, with little trouble, I hooked up my new antenna and now I can get at least five television stations with perfect clarity! I am thinking about teaching my kids about simplicity by only allowing us the ability to have these five stations to watch on certain days. The amount of choice we have now is unbelievable, and being limited to five stations will surely teach them something about choice and simplicity, right…? I am not sure about this lesson yet, but I plan to report back on my ‘experiment’ when I update this review in a few months.
This antenna easily hooked into the back of my TV with only a wire and fits nicely on the back of my plasma screen. I attached it easily and was immediately able to tune into the five stations we get. I live in a very remote area; we don’t even have cell reception at my house. So getting five stations with pure clarity is truly amazing and a testament to the strength and quality of this antenna.

It’s perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how it’s slim and fits on top of the TV. We pick up more channels than we did with our last indoor antenna. We don’t have to move it around or adjust it to get them. The install instructions were easy to follow.

Super simple set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this antenna to use in an upstairs bedroom because our whole house antenna doesn’t work as it’s too far away from this bedroom. It was super simple to set up. I simply clipped it on top of the tv, plugged it into the tv and into the wall and did a channel scan. That’s it! We actually get more channels now up in the bedroom than we do in our tv room. We’re super happy with this product.

It picked up 26 channels which is good because we live in a hillly area. It would probably pick up more if you lied in a area that is flat. Reception on it is good also with a crisp picture. Very happy with it
