Great idea- but weak links ruin it

Worked great for about a year but the tension screws holding the top joint stripped and broke at that point-

Got it 10 months ago, use it every day with Skip the Dishes tablet. No problems to report. I'm thinking of getting another 2. I've tried other ones but this one is the sturdiest so far.

Product is loose

Works well but the Allen screws are loose and I can’t find the right wrench.

It was great while it lasted!

Used this stand for my classroom iPad for almost a year then it fell apart. It swivels so much that it’s unsteady and not secure. Please help!!

Great sturdy stand except for hex key screw flaw.

PIVOT JOINT PROBLEMS: Attached to the last arm hinge is a pivot to which the jaws attach. Pivot friction is adjusted by a tiny Allen socket head screw. This screw works loose and must be re-tightened every month or so. When tightening the tiny Allen head is easily stripped rendering the friction adjustment impossible. This is a design flaw, a much larger screw with a deeper head is needed. The pivot joint always has slop. No matter how tight you make the screw there will be a little wobbly slop before the friction movement is reached and eventually the screws get stripped and can no longer tighten them. I contacted support to see if can get replacement screws for 2.5 mm and 3 mm. Waiting for reply. Thank you.
