Nice idea-poor execution

Like the other reviewer, one of the screws tightening the pivot to the arm stripped out making it unusable. I took it apart by partially breaking the snap in plastic trim in the arm to get at that screw.
I put in a longer M4 screw from a bicycle derailleur (I know, not something most have kicking around) and it now clamps tight.
Another defect was the pivot closest to the base not holding under weight. I am using it as a wall mount and found that joint was too loose and the tablet would drop. Confusingly the supplied allen key does not tighten that joint, you have to pry off the plastic cover on the other side to get at a nut.
Tightening that nut with a 10mm socket now has the arm tight enough to stay put.
Otherwise the product is perfect =)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
