We Love It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old loves this Minecraft Movie sword and pickaxe. I was worried it would be difficult to transform it but it is very easy and he has no problem doing it on his own! He loves to play with it and it’s currently his very favorite toy. I like that it’s two toys in one and it keeps him playing creatively.

Great Role-Play Toy That’s Movie-Ready Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were thrilled to get the Minecraft Click and Switch Sword and Pickaxe for my kid before we went to see the new Minecraft movie yesterday. If your kid is even remotely into Minecraft, this toy takes that excitement to the next level. The fact that it switches between a sword and a pickaxe with just a slide is half the fun. And let me tell you, as a parent who’s seen too many toys that “transform” and end up pinching little fingers; this one is surprisingly well-designed. The sliding mechanism is smooth and safe. No complaints from the kid, and no “ouch, I hurt myself!” moments either. Win-win.
My child immediately went full adventurer mode, running around the living room mining for imaginary diamonds and then defending our couch-fort from creepers. The movie tie-in just added to the hype. (Seriously, they attempted to bring it into the theatre before one of us noticed and had to remove the sword from the gorilla-grip of an unenthused child.)
If I had to name one downside, I’d say it’s a bit bulky, so we’ve had a couple of “Mom, can you carry this?” moments while out and about. But that’s minor—and honestly, worth it for how much playtime we’ve gotten out of it.
All in all, it’s a fun, sturdy, safe toy that really lets kids act out their Minecraft adventures. Great pick for any fan, especially with the movie out now.

Fun two in one toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun and easy to use one-handed. To convert from sword to mining tool you just push one button and point the product down. Top of sword handle easily slides down to form top of mining tool. Product also has spots on sword and mining tool that move in and out when pressed on for safety during play. Design follows the Minecraft theme. This has provided hours of play for child.

Minecraft sword/pickaxe

This was such an awesome item to make and I’m sure all the kids who enjoy Minecraft or who have seen the movie will want one of these. My daughter loves switching it between the pickaxe and sword. It’s the perfect size for her too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your kids love Minecraft, then this is a must add to your toy collection! It turns into a sword or pick ax with a push of a button. My boys love it and use it regularly with their nerf gun battles and fort battles! Seems durable enough but not sure how long it will last with rough play. It’s only plastic BUT kids do love it! Must buy!

Awesome toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy sparked a lot of excitement in my house! I have two kids who are obsessed with Minecraft, so I knew it would be a hit. It’s a pretty simple toy. You just push a button and move it around a bit to transform it from a spear to a sword. We don’t have any issues with it getting stuck. It transforms smoothly. My son likes the fact it’s different colors on each side so it can look like the weapons are either blue or brown. That adds some versatility. This has provided a lot of pretend play for my kids, and we’re very satisfied with this product.

Fun, easy to transform, and well-built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as we opened this up my son picked it up and transformed it from a pickaxe to a sword with the press of a button. It just worked. He knew exactly what to do and the transforming action was buttery smooth. It’s so easy to transform back and forth - they really nailed this feature. It feels well-built and solid and the colors are great. This is great for pretending that you’re Steve or for cosplay. Great for a Minecraft fan but any kid would probably enjoy playing with it.
