I absolutely love this range. I wanted a range that would be a statement piece in my newly renovated kitchen and this is definitely it. The construction is beautiful and sturdy and will last a lifetime.

We bought this as a team with our landlord, who wanted a no electronics stove, having had multiple issues with previous circuit boards being extremely expensive and finally not even available. We actually had a competitor installed to find it exhausted oven heat straight forward at your waist, so went back to researching.
Pro grade is right, the burners are designed as the most efficient and usable/adjustable flame I've ever seen and used. The grates are actually very high off the flame, and the result is that the hotspot of the flame actually is focussed perfectly to the bottom of your pan. No burning, widely adjustable, tightly tuned heating, really a joy to use. Have yet to use the oven, but glad for the convection option.
Looking forward to years of great use.

I have had the stove for less than a week, but I'm already in love! This is a professional dual-fuel stove. Very straightforward design - no gadgets whatsoever, just a range, and oven w/convection. I did not want a "smart" stove with timers, probes, etc. This is exactly what I was looking for in a home stove.

I ordered this July 26, 2021; it was delivered August 13, 2021; Installed today August 24, 2021 by my local installer who had had to run a new LP gas line into the kitchen. Wonderful service and timing in this day and age!
Looks wonderful in my kitchen. Looks like a functional stove to COOK on without having to use my cellphone, or other inhibitors of good cooking!
Eager to cook dinner tonight.

Day One

What can I say? This is day one, cooking. We were told the pig tail for the 240 plug-in comes with it. It doesn't. It took a few trips to the hardware store to go from out 3/4" gas line in to the 1/2" connection. But a lot of that was needing to stipp back the old connections and adapters on our end. Installation instruction were very thin. The whole stove is encased in very thin stainless steel and all put together by fairly spread out sheet metal screws, all of which were not snug. I like knowing it can be disassembled for repairs someday, though. The burner layers are all just stacked. I guess for easy cleaning, but be careful when moving it. Keep them taped (and that barely holds them). The fan is quiet, the burners all heat up impressively (well 3 do, one has a pinker flame, not sure why yet). What I like the best is it is in my control. I decide whether the oven light is on, or convection fan is on (I can dehydrate fruits and herbs). I really like the blue lights each knob or switch has that tells me it's on.
I use the "Lodge" griddle, I bought, for eggs and a nice non-stick griddle for pancakes. It worked well this morning.
I think the big burners will boil a large pot pretty fast. I might redesign the kick plate, someday, I have been cooking on legged stoves for 40 years, it feels wrong to have to stand back, because the kick plate is close to the ground. I would prefer a design, like kitchen cabinets that let my toes have somewhere to go, so when lifting a heavy pot, I can get closer to the stove.
I would love to answer more questions as I use it.

This review is Early in use. I can say delivery and packaging was excellent. I can say the appearance is beautiful. I have only cooked twice but it has been a joy with no issues at this time. The oven gets hot true to temperature. I love the simmer burners a lot.
