[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with the functionality of this Cuisinart Core Custom 13-Cup Food Processor. It is easy to operate. It is top rack dishwasher safe but it is very easy to hand wash also. This saves me so much time in the kitchen whether I am food prepping for the week or just for dinner at night.. I love it for making cole slaw, not just for the cabbage but for the carrots which seem to take a long to to cut by hand. The thing I love the most about his food processor is that I can put partially frozen steak in it and it will slice it perfectly for make steak and cheese subs. You can adjust how thin or thick you want your meat sliced, I found that the 2mm setting is perfect for slicing steak for steak and cheese subs and it does it quickly. This is an appliance every kitchen should have because it can do so much. I highly recommend this food processor, it works great.

It’s a nice sized food processor but the motor is not as powerful as the 10- & 14-cup Cuisinart processors

Terrible food processor. Pulse response time isn’t reliable. Difficult to control chop. Sometimes you press and nothing happens. The switches are loose in the unit. Feels cheap. I reported to the company. Sent them a video. They won’t do anything. Say it’s normal. I had a cuisinart for over 30 years. What I have now is not normal. Disappointed. Won’t buy the brand again. Warranty is a joke.

This is my third cuisinart food processor. I really like to new design. The way the bowl attaches to the base. My old one would leak if I was processing things like tomatoes. This new design eliminates any chance of that happening.
