Finally a long lasting water treatment

We have tried britta, zero water and a few others. The filters are pricey and only last a few days or weeks. I have had aqua true since April now and have yet to change the filter. Water taste great and our water is hard and reeks of chlorine normally. Very happy

So far I like this filter. The filter works much faster than the Berkey which is what I had previously & it’s easier to fill up the tank as well. My water tastes good too.
I do wish that we didn’t have to throw out so much water out (it’s about 1/4 of the tank) and that it held more water than it does. Overall though, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Odd smell

I was very excited to use this system but there is a very strange smell in the water tank that I can’t seem to get of. I noticed it immediately when unpacking the machineZ I’ve washed it multiple times with soap and water and even ran I little bit of vinegar through it but the smell is still there! It makes the water taste strange as well.
