Water Residue in Container

When we pour our city water into the container it leaves a hard film inside the bottom half of the container which is difficult to remove. Is there a solution? Otherwise it works as well as the filtered water we purchase at the machines we buy at the supermarket.

Yo, nunca había tomado un agua tan pura y deliciosa como desde q tengo ese filtro, mi hija la probó y se compro uno porq dice q era el agua mas sabrosa q había tomado estoy encantada con mi “AQUATRU” gracias

Leaks alot

Leaks from the spout 2 or 3 times a day. I was even more disappointed to open the user's manual to find a fault and read that if the spout is leaking, it is normal use

It saves money & time:; tastes great!

This is truly a money and time saver. Was buying bottled alkaline water on the weekly which was getting expensive. This water purifier filters tap water to taste just like my favorite bottled alkaline water which saves me money (in the long run) and trips to the grocery store. Having to clean the tank weekly is a bit of a chore, but again, worth it in the long run. Happy with my purchase. Thank you!

This is truly a money and time saver. Was buying bottled alkaline water on the weekly which was getting expensive. This water purifier filters tap water to taste just like my favorite bottled alkaline water which saves me money (in the long run) and trips to the grocery store. Having to clean the tank weekly is a bit of a chore, but again, worth it in the long run. Happy with my purchase. Thank you!
