[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so disappointed with this product and too late to return. This is a time suck, between cleaning and maintenance and the mysterious water that pools in the back gaskets despite flipping the unit over. The instructions state the warranty is voided if you continuously leave the water water cabinet attached but the design somehow doesn't allow for a full remodel of waste water. I now know why I saw a bunch of these in Facebook Marketplace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been looking into lots of water purification options and we’re super excited to give this one a try. It’s a great option! It runs out quick, especially if you’ve got a family, but this is a great option to try out.
