Great solution for our needs

We originally began searching for a water filter system once our local water company advised us of some chromium present in the supply. While they worked to mitigate it, we decided to get a system that could filter it out. We started with one system, but it went through filters like crazy, not financially feasible to continue using it. We landed on the AquaTru, been using it a month so far and have been really impressed with ease of use and taste/quality of the water. Super happy with it.

I first rated my experience with 3 stars. I want to revise my rating to 5 stars. I'm seldom so impressed with both excellent form and function in a single product. The AquaTru Classic is well-engineered and performs as advertised. Having said this, I feel compelled to offer a word of caution, if not a warning. Pay close attention to every word of the product specifications. Specifically, tap water TDS as it relates to overall performance and the cost to maintain optimum output. I failed to read the small (ish) print and dearly paid the price for MY MISTAKE ! If I had been more diligent, I would not have made this purchase. I now have a perfectly good AquaTru Classic sitting on the top shelf of my bedroom closet. Make me an offer.

I love my Aquatru Classic!!

I love my Aquatru Classic!! The water tastes delicious!! I’ve known for years that the municipal water here is polluted and making me sick. Drinking this water is an immediate obvious upgrade.
It’s super easy to use. Definitely remember to leave it on 24/7. I initially overlooked that part. I prefer cold water so I keep a gallon cold in the fridge and have a backup to refill sitting in the machine already processed which I love!
There is obvious waste water which is never ideal but it’s a fraction of what was processed. I trust the technology will keep advancing.
I’m so glad I bought this! Yess it’s large and takes up a bit of counter space. I’m limited in counter space so I keep it against the wall on my table and it’s out of my way. Easily solutions for easy problems.

Does not work after 2nd time of use

The firdt teo times were great. I have done all linds of trouble shooting, and it won't stay on. . it. ll powrr up, give me 2 blue dots then turns off. Both water bins are alligned, the filters are clean and dry, the unit is flat. There is no explanation for this. These are very expensive and now I have ni drinkable water. This is a problem.
