I'm disappointed that the bottom

I'm disappointed that the bottom roller was a separate purchase. It should have been included. I have purchased two units. If you want to make me happy, I would appreciate it if you would send me another base roller free of charge. Yes, I have recommended you to others which resulted in two more sales for you.

Really like this machine. The water tastes wonderful. No taste actually, as it should be. Care is easy and we have it right next to the sink so filling and rinsing is convenient. Great product. I would buy again.

I trust the water is healthier. It tastes good. I am used to changing the tap water container often, yet it is tedious. I wonder when I should order filters and know that the life of filters varies; does the company notify us to reorder? Overall, I am pleased with having good water.

Great system!! Doe not take up much counter space and the pitcher can easily fit in refrigerator with easy access to dispense water. Best decision, no more plastic bottle water. This is great bc it provides clean water for cooking as well.

The machine made wonderful water, but failed often. The company sent a replacement unit that did not work. It was a very expensive machine that did not live up to It’s advertisement. . It was a very disappointing purchase. I am trying another reverse osmosis unit from a different company and hope that it works better.

It’s a nice machine. It works fine. It cleans the water but it’s not worth what they’re selling it for I’d say. The app can use useful but only to show what percentage the cartridges are at. Otherwise it’s just okay. I go through the clean water very quick.
