I recently purchased an AquaTru

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased an AquaTru water filter, but unfortunately I’ve been experiencing a persistent water leakage issue since installation. I carefully followed the setup instructions and made sure all components were fitted properly, yet I continue to notice a considerable amount of water accumulating underneath the unit.
It has only been 3 days since I started using the filter, and I’ve already had to repeatedly clean the area due to the leakage. Based on this experience, I believe the unit may be defective.
I would appreciate your assistance with either a replacement or a return/refund process at the earliest possible convenience.
Please let me know the next steps.

Love it! We got two,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! We got two, 2-gallon easy dispense glass containers to use in rotation to help stow extra filtered water (family of 4). We have very good tap water but the difference between tap and filtering it with the AquaTru Classic is incredible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be more happy with this water filter! I am now able to have extra filtered water at ease , for cooking and rinsing a glasses or utensils. So much better than the use of inside refrigerator water that took so long to fill a glass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! I can see and taste the difference in water quality. I found one minor problem but so far not a big issue. When placing the filler tank back, and if don't notice, the dispenser tank sometimes lifts up a little which causes water leaking from beneath. You need to press the dispenser tank back to the base firmly to ensure a good seal each time you do it.
