I have a question, why is the nos. 1 and 2 that cycles through regeneration lights up at the same time after I changed the pre filter. It used to be the cycle started at 1 then 2 and so on but now 1and 2 lights at the same time during regeneration. Thanks.

I had no idea what I was missing out on until I started using AquaTru. The energy my entire family has since drinking out of this machine vs the tap/bottled water we were used to is immeasurable. Life changing! I am beyond grateful for this product. Every household should have one.

The system is working well for water filtering. I am disappointed that the WiFi will not work. It worked for the first month and stopped. I tried reloading the app and resetting the AquaTru but still cannot get it to work. Paid extra for this feature which appears useless now. Would have been nice. Also bought a three year warranty.

Bought the Aqua Tru based on recommendations from my daughter. Hubby didn't really want one more contraption on the counter, AND, was sold once he watched the product videos. The water is tasteless (YAY, no swimming pool smell)! We're 'tru' believers!!!

This is a very handy and good water purifier

I have used my water purifier for about 7 months now and it seems to work great. The water tastes great, no after taste or smell of chlorine at all. I am so glad I do not have to go buy the big heavy packs of water bottles anymore. Cuts down on plastic waste massively. I can recommend the Aqua Tru water purifier without any qualms.
