A few things to consider

The water taste good, but there are a few things to consider before buying. First, water stays at room temperature so if you like it cool you need to add ice, and your ice likely hasn’t been made with filtered water so really what’s the point?
Second, your refillable water bottle does not fit under the spigot so you will need to buy a rolling countertop tray in order to bring the unit to the edge of the countertop so you can fill your bottle.
Lastly, you will be refilling the tank constantly. With three people in the house, I refilled the tank four times just yesterday.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying to make healthier choices this year and adding the AquaTru to my home has been one of them. I wanted a way to drink cleaner water without having to install anything and this has been perfect. The water tastes so much cleaner and fresher than what I was drinking before. I also like knowing that it’s removing so many contaminants, including lead, fluoride, microplastics and PFAS. I add a couple of drops of trace minerals to my water before I drink it. It’s easy to use and fits nicely on my countertop. The filter changes are simple and I love that it helps reduce plastic bottle waste too. If you’re trying to be healthier like I am and want cleaner, better tasting water, I definitely recommend this system.

I love the peace of mind of knowing my water is as clean as can be and the tank system works very well.
