I truly love the water taste, easy operation but the container is hard to clean the hard water deposits off… but I would buy again

Great taste. Lots of waste. Awkward design. Large footprint.

The Aqua Tru does the job. I didn't realize how much water is left over after filtering, that cannot be re-used (except on plants). The pitcher portion has not "spout" and drips when pouring. The unit takes up a really large footprint on the counter. And if it sits under the cabinets, it is a pain to pull out, lift the tank, fill and put it back. I've stopped using it and plan to sell mine.

Odd smell
on July 21, 2022

I was very excited to use this system but there is a very strange smell in the water tank that I can’t seem to get of. I noticed it immediately when unpacking the machineZ I’ve washed it multiple times with soap and water and even ran I little bit of vinegar through it but the smell is still there! It makes the water taste strange as well.

Great Filter

The filter goes through a cycle quickly and leaves me with great tasting water. I like having the app for knowing the life of my filters.

It’s good

So far I like this filter. The filter works much faster than the Berkey which is what I had previously & it’s easier to fill up the tank as well. My water tastes good too.
I do wish that we didn’t have to throw out so much water out (it’s about 1/4 of the tank) and that it held more water than it does. Overall though, I am satisfied with my purchase.
