This is the second one I purchased for my boys going to University . They are so easy to operate and I know the boys are getting great quality water wherever they are !

Water Residue in Container
on August 21, 2024

When we pour our city water into the container it leaves a hard film inside the bottom half of the container which is difficult to remove. Is there a solution? Otherwise it works as well as the filtered water we purchase at the machines we buy at the supermarket.

Leaks alot
on August 19, 2024

Leaks from the spout 2 or 3 times a day. I was even more disappointed to open the user's manual to find a fault and read that if the spout is leaking, it is normal use
