The taste is outstanding. We have some concerns about the tap water tank. Specifically, it doesn't lock into place and is held there only my the valves on the bottom. Seems like having a small lip on the tank over which the flap could secure it against the unit body would be a design improvement. Removing the tank (which is needed multiple times each day due to its relatively small capacity even for just two people), requires moderate upward force placing stress on the valves, the plastic handle, and plastic pins. I'm concerned that the handle, pins, and/or valves will fail given the repeated stress.
A larger capacity and better design for securing the water tank would be nice enhancements.

Owned for a couple of months and so far so good. The only thing I DO NOT Like Is the Way the TAP Water TANK Seats. Looks like it is the weak point to the system and will eventually leak. Like the Glass Carafe and the Quiet operation ! BUT also like that there is no waste water going down the Drain ! I Just distribute on my lawn ! My Tap water is 325 TDS down to 6 TDS ! Pretty Good . Just add Sea Salt To add Minerals ! Nice to control my Drinking water .

I'll have to wait a while to see if this one holds up. The one that came with the device cracked after less than 2 months' use. I hope this one lasts longer!

We love this filter. It is so easy to use and doesn't take up a ton of counter space. I love the option of taking it with us when we travel. We have had this for about 60 days and so far it has exceeded our expectations. I would definitely buy again and recommend to friends.

The whole unit was poorly

The whole unit was poorly manufactured. The water reservoir does not fit correctly into the unit and consequently the top doesn't close properly. I have to put a weight on the lid to make the unit work. The vibration of the machine causes the carafe to edge out of position and the unit stops working. I have to place a weight against the handle to keep it in place.
