This is my second aqua true. I really like these and the second one the lid closes like it should on the water reservoir in the back of it. The first one I got does not shut down flash on it so it’s annoying. But I’m happy to see that they fix that problem because I also have a friend that said that was her experience.

Great little machine. One glitch

Great little machine. One glitch is that sometimes, when refilling the tank with fresh water after removing to empty the waste water, the red light will not go off and I have to unplug the unit and then plug it back in for the red light to go off and continue filling the carafe.
The floats are fine in the carafe.

I couldn't be happier. My water and I are better for this purchase. I also bought a second caraffe and have it in the frig. I know it is expensive but when you live in a city like NYC, you just have to ensure you are doing the best you can and I believe I am currently.
