The aqua true purifier seems to be working just as predicted. I enjoy having the well filtered water on hand without having to buy dozens of plastic bottles to get it!

Work well and water feels

Work well and water feels "smoother" than the hard water out the tap. I recommend potential buyers purchase two accessories. 1) the rolling base which makes it easy to pull the unit out from under the upper kitchen cabinet or back of the wall to refill the reservoir. 2) an extra pitcher to fill and place in the refrigerator for cold water and a continuous supply of filtered water. I m surprised at how much water two people can drink each day

It leaks from. Different points

It leaks from. Different points no matter what I do, even for one person I feel it's not big enough for drinking even 1 gallon a day. The cartridges are expensive.
If it wasn't for paying a chunk for shipping I'd return it. I should have got a water machine.

Really like the consistent filtered water it produces. It’s a little slow but we bought a second carafe. Overall, really happy with the purchase and bought another for our second home.
