We love the clean pure taste of AquaTru water. We love the ease of use and cleaning is a breeze. The unit lets us know when to change filters, and that is super easy too. The only con I have is that occasionally water leaks out through the bottom of the ready to drink reservoir, haven't been able to figure out why.

No more buying BAD water in BAD plastic bottles or having to dispose of the plastic bottles Very easy to put together, to refill and use! Perfect for me and my husband without an extra pitcher.

We live in Florida which has terrible water. Our AquaTru provides us with a steady supply of safe, clean great tasting water. I would be without it!

Prior to buying this product I was buying two 5-Gallon containers of alkaline water each week. I had to carry them up the stairs in my apartment complex. I'm so glad I don't have to do that anymore! I love the clean taste of my AquaTru water--it's delicious and our dog loves it too!

Easy to use, good tasting water

Purchased the unit in March 2019 and have had no problems. AquaTru is so simple to use. The filters are easy to install. The tanks are easy to work with. I make 3 tanks of water a day with no effort. Love this counter top model. No water is wasted as I use the remaining water in the unfiltered tank to water my plants.

some problems

I like the fact that I am not drinking highly contaminated water. And the filters are priced good. The only complaint i have is that after two years, at times there is an over abundance of bubbles. When I start it up to make a new batch,a lot of bubbles come up and then it stops. I turn it off and on again and then it runs normal. Does this about every other time. Called several times and tried several things but it hasn't solved the problem. Not sure why all of a sudden this is happening when it didn't do this the first 2 years. I clean it every week religiously. Any suggestions? Margaret

Feeling confident about the purity of the water we drink is of the utmost importance, and AquaTru gives me that confidence. The water tastes great! The routine is simple to follow. Changing filters is easy. Having an extra container to keep in the fridge is great. The only issue is that occasionally one of my containers is a little temperamental. It will sometimes not start filtering right away, but it eventually gets going. So glad that we chose AquaTru!
