So far so good. I've gone through over 100 gallons since June 2025. The only concern I have is the reservoir does not sit completely flat. It tilts to the rear after seating it. No leaks though. Time will tell.

I really like the Carafe

I really like the Carafe Countertop system. The only thing I don't like is taking off and putting back on the water container. It can be difficult to reseat. Other than that, it's a perfect system, and I would recommend to others.

This water purifier is a winner. It delivers exactly what it promises: pure, great-tasting water. I'm especially happy with the design; it's sleek and compact, so it doesn't hog precious kitchen counter space, and the operation is quiet. The only factor to consider—and this is my fault, not the product's—is the capacity. As a single person, I thought this size would be perfect, but I'm filling it 2–3 times a day. If you drink a lot of water, cook with it, or make large batches of tea/coffee, you might want to size up! However, the performance itself is top-notch.

My blood work after having my water purifier, I didn't have any metal's, or arsenic in my system! That's a blessing! My puppy comes out for a drink when I pour the best water into her bowl. Thank you for a great product!

Our local water smells like

Our local water smells like chlorine. I have tried several water purification systems. The Aqua True System filters the water so now our water tastes fresh. It is the best filter!

The water tank does not

The water tank does not align well sometimes and causes concern on whether the system is purifying properly. Ergonomically, this isn't the best process.
