this product is worth buying, although a bit over priced seeing that the tank does not use all the water within to fill the carafe . . still a pretty great product for simple water purification overall -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product. We are purifying at least one pitcher of water each day. The water tastes great. The system is easy to operate and looks great on our counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started having problems with it after one week of use. I spoke with Luisa and she was helpful. A new tank is being mailed along with a descaling kit. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it right now, but have only had it about 1 month. Definitely reduces TDS in water and very easy to use. Used to distill water, but took about 5 hours and utilized more elelectricity. Not disappointed with this purchase at all.
