[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure if it’s filtering well as the water tastes a bit plastic/chlorine/different…and on the second day I had very upset stomach…I would love to have a test to confirm it’s doing its job.

After tons of research we landed on the Carafe, setup was easy with the most annoying part having to hand wash everything with soap and water before you. . but I get it. So far the filtering works great, we updated to the app so the alerts are helpful, and the water tastes really crisp.
Very happy with our purchase!
Didn’t give 5 stars due to cost and ongoing maintenance will make this purchase the most expensive in the category.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly love this carafe water system. So happy that I purchased it, replacing my Berkey water system. Taste is amazing.
I held back one star because the water tank lid upon refill does not always lay flat and I am having to jostle the position of the water tank to be as snug as possible when positioning to align with the lid to lay flat and it lays flat sometimes but not always with about a quarter inch raised.

Iv head it for a month and I have zero complaints about putting the filters on, filling the water container and placing it on the back. Everything works wonderfully!! Easy to assemble and use on a daily basis!
