The on off button is in the back instead of front or side where you would remember to turn it off and it doesn't light up. The top of reservoir is hard to open. The only reason I purchased it is because Erin Brockovich endorsed it.

Perfect for renters! No Installation

I found it very easy to set up and start using, the water tastes great and the only drawback i see is how much water i throw away! I know my reverse osmosis filter wasted water too, i just wish i didn't have to keep tossing it. I don't have a yard, and only one indoor plant, so nothing else to do with it!

Love the water system & taste is amazing. But it’s tall & hard to fit under counter. So need to pull it out some & I find the back tank that has “bad water” is hard to lift up & out. I seem to have to wiggle it a lot & lift & pull up pretty hard to get it out of slot.

I PURCHACED A AQUA TRU 2 YEARS AGO AND IT MAKES THE BEST WATER I HAVE EVER DRANK.I USE IT IN MY COFFEE MAKER AND ALSO MY HYDROGEN BOTTLE.I READ ANY WERE FROM 2 PPM TO 8 PPM.IT REALLY FILTERS THE TAP WATER.I GOT ANOTHER ONE THAT WAS ON SALE AROUND CHRISTMAS.YOU CAN'NT GO WRONG IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A GREAT WATER FILTER. Leaks can be problematic.

Individual filters can have persistent leaks which result in daily puddles on your counter. My neighborhood looses electricity briefly at least twice a year. Because of the interruption of power, my AquaTru does not track usage, and does not indicate when the filters need to be replaced. This really should be mentioned in the owner’s manual. Now I mark my calendar with the date of recommended replacement.
