It's simple to use. Is a bit noisy, as in the level of a conversation, so that's a negative. Filters seem like they will last a reasonable amount of months. Glass carafe is very nice. Wish extra carafes weren't so pricey. Maybe sell a plain carafe to just hold water and not actually fit into the machine to active the cycle. Internet is a nightmare to set up. Took me 3 days, multiple phone calls to Tmobile, and massive frustration. Just make a machine that automatically connects to 5 ghz.

I love it except for one issue. When pouring water out of the carafe the lid likes to fly off which allows water to spill all over. Tighter fitting lid would be nice.

Perfect size and easy to use. When I fille the tap tank and smell all the chlorine I cant believe how clean it comes out through the filter. Thanks for the peace of mind this gives me drinking my water again.

The carafe is too small

The carafe is too small for my needs.
I bought it because I’m in small place and don’t have room
Have some problems with initiating the blue light with dripping water to carafe, because the tank separates and doesn’t hold in place when I’ press it,also cannot use all the water in it tank and have to throw it, it means I’need often refill the water in the reservoir
