The AquaTru is super easy to use. We purchased an extra carafe, which I recommend, to fill up and place in fridge and switch out as you use. You will always have fresh clean water. Super pleased all around. 5 star purchase!

New favorite way to drink water!

The filtered water it makes

The filtered water it makes is delicious. The AquaTru Carafe is easy to use, and it works incredibly well on my countertop under a cabinet since I added their level wheeled base you can sit it on top of to make refills easy. We use it so much I am glad I ordered an extra glass carafe - I am constantly swapping the two carafes out for each other since now we drink more water, and also we use the filtered water to make coffee and tea.

Faulty Mechanism

The water taste smooth and I love it. It has multiple faulty mechanism when operating which I am unhappy.
1. The reservoir swings back when anchored to filter. I tried different ways and so. etimes it works then the next time it does not.
2. The reservoir most of the time is hard to remove from the platform. It requires strength to pull out. I am weak and it's very challenging. It takes about 20 minutes to fill the carafe.
3. It is not meant to filter in succession. The brain of the filter starts lighting red and blue at the same time.
4. I have to often times plug and unplug to reset the machine. This might ruin the smart feature and it will not register the gallons used.

The water tastes normal, and I love that it includes a glass pitcher for better-quality filtered water. Everyone in my household is very happy with it, and I am sure they will start drinking more water. I recommend it 100 percent
