[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me 2 tries to set it up. But I like it very much. It’s fast, easy and my 2 large dogs and I like the water. The carafe is a good
size for us. The coal mine recently destroyed my wonderful springs and gave city water which is awful. It’s good to know we have good, safe water to drink.

The machine vibrates a little

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine vibrates a little and the glass carafe moves back a bit and then the filtrations stops which is annoying because then I have to adjust to a couple times. This was too expensive to not work properly.
