Love it...

I am dealing with a serious health challenge. I got the AquaTru reverse osmosis machine to ensure the quality of water I consume. I love the machine; however, it tends to leak. They replaced the fresh water tank, but it may still leak. I am sure they will make it right as needed.

Not easy to fill reserve

Not easy to fill reserve tank. This tank must be lifted out of machine and rinsed with every refill which is time consuming .

I love that I feel safe with the water myself and my family drink. I also love the fact that we do not depend on purchasing water bottles when we travel in our RV, as the machine is small, convenient, and easy to use.

Only good for a week

I did the steps of filtering water through three times for first time use and cleaning the tanks after each filling. They still come out with this milky film on the containers (which are plastic) that don't scrub off. That's not the bad part...
Less than a month into owning the unit the taste became degraded. I tested the water at my local municipality where I work. The water was safe to drink but still had this odd aftertaste. For how much I paid for it, I wouldn't recommend buying an AquaTru. I got better results from Zero Water filters

Love this product!

I purchased one for myself about 2 years ago. I am so happy with this filter, knowing I’m getting rid of all the bad stuff, including fluoride (which was the main reason I chose this product). It works great, is easy, and I have had no trouble with it. I bought this one as a gift.

Good but messy

Water tastes amazing and I know it’s better for my family and me since we drink a lot of water. My only complaint is that it’s messy and seems to leak all over the counter. So I’m constantly wiping up around it and especially under it.

Works great, exactly as described. Easy to use, easy to clean, really amazing to see the difference between the purified water and the waste water. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend. Would be perfect for travel/car camping too. Absolutely delicious water!

My family loves this water! We also have a gravity water filter but everyone drains the AquaTru first because the water tastes so good.
