I love water!

I've always been a water drinker, but now I literally love it! As a matter of fact, I can't get enough. And neither can my kids! I notice they head to the kitchen to get a cup of water very often now! As a Mom, that makes me so happy, but I had to get them refillable water bottles as I was tired of washing cups that were only used once! And, apparently my family of four is always thirsty. Seems like I refill the tank every hour. I wish it was bigger and held more water!

I purchased my unit about 4 years ago when we bought a home where there was municipal water. It seems like relatively "good" water, but I did not want to wonder what chemicals they used to "purify" it. Prior, I used only bottled water, never tap. So, having the unit on my counter is so much easier than lugging bottled water. Starting my Aqua Tru is the first thing I do every day. It is simple to use. We now live in Arizona and have municipal water, but it is also very hard water. I can smell the chlorine out of the tap, but my filtered water makes life bearable. Thank you so much for this unit I can trust!!

Clean water right at home anytime I need it

It's great overall, but I never know when to change the filters; It doesn't look like the indicator ever works. I just change the 3 filters once a year and osmosis one every other year, but it might not be the best way of doing that. I may just throw away still perfectly fine filters.

Easy to use and produces great tasting safe water. I have to make water multiple times each day - wish the reservoir was larger. However, it does produce purified water quickly.

love it for a counter top

In the past had under sink and never had a problem with bacteria which I tested for every six months. However I trust a number of people who suggested those tanks were still not the best because of the bacteria potential. Couple that with I was using an inferior countertop 3 months a year when I "snowbird" I decided to go forward and purchase this. LOVE the taste of the water. Would like to see it come with glass instead of plastic containers though this is quite adequate. I personally use reverse osmosis for everything, including washing veggies, boiling eggs or pasta, etc. You have to plan ahead to make enough to cover that. Otherwise it's GREAT.
