[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite water. Hands down. Favorite system. I’ve tried two other ones and have been disappointed. The water tastes great/crisp and clear. Peace of mind knowing that I’m not drinking plastic water bottles anymore. It will save so us much money that it basically paid for itself already. I was going through multiple cases of water per week. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m totally happy with my water purifier. Previously I drank Essentia water due to the high ph and clean taste. No longer must I buy water and drag it home. My machine produces a quality filtered and clean tasting water. This water purifier was worth the cost required to purchase. I even bought a second carafe so I don’t have to wait for the water to go through the purification process.

Best Water Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we received our Aqua Tru Carafe we had to use it followed the instructions and then made a decanter of water. As soon as it was chilled we each got a glass of Aqua Tru, you can really tell a difference between bottled spring water and Aqua Tru we Love the taste of the Aqua Tru. Wish we had found it sooner!

I bought an extra pitcher so I can keep one in the fridge at all times. Would definitely purchase again. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but problems with my unit. First - the top doesn’t close properly after I fill and replace the plastic water container. Second - the remineralization filter makes the water taste terrible. Third - one of my glass pitchers already broke when it was placed down. I am working with the support team on the last two issues but no one is willing to do anything about the top not closing properly. Nothing but headaches with this machine so far. Very disappointing and frustrating.
