[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an earlier version several years ago and loved it. It worked really well but didn’t survive a cross country move in a moving trailer, so I was happy to see there is a new version for small household so I purchased it right away. I received it quickly and it was easy to set up. I am surprised that it doesn’t actually filter some of the water in the tank so produces less than I expected. I am the only user and I usually need to filter some water every day. The other feature that surprised me is the red light stays on all the time, even when not in use. I am still happy to have this unit so would recommend it but perhaps for only 1 person.

I like the product in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product in general, but it wastes too much water. I live in New Mexico and every drop of water is precious. 1/3 of the tank water is rendered unusable in the RO process. I've previously used a distiller for the past 25 years, and not a drop wasted. However, it takes 5 hrs to get one gallon of water. That is why I purchased the Aqua Tru Carafe. Don't know where to go from here.

This is the cleanest tasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the cleanest tasting water! I was referred by my neighbor and was reluctant to spend that much on the system, but it’s amazing and I’m so glad I did. Now I also fill ice cube trays with it to have a complete clean water experience

Poor design that the wastewater
