Excellent!

I use this tool for about 6 months and still admire it. Simply The Best in combination with NVME SSD! You should promote it more, because 99% of people don't know that USB-USB transfer is possible. It would be even better if could be used directly from Windows-Explorer, as virtual drive. Thank You very much and keep up the good work. Kind regards from Slovenia.

Too Microsoft Centric

I have had one of these dual monitor laptop docking stations for a couple of years. Works fine as long as you are willing to remain on Windows. Because our business required that we make the move to Linux based systems, we have found that most of the startech products are worthless and completely unsupported on Linux. Keep producing boat anchors and you won't be around much longer unless you are trying to move towards the boating industry.

Cannot use, cannot understand the instructions

I bought this product 2 weeks ago and even thought I have a higher education, this product just cannot be used with your instructions.

If your computers use Windows 7, 8 or 10, you will want to install the PC-Linq software on each computer involved in the data transfer. Once installed, open the PC-Linq application on each computer and connect our cable. Once the Connection Status LED in the lower-right corner of the PC-Linq application turns green, you can begin moving files.

Removed file time stamp

I thought 3.0 would be an improvement but the file date is missing hours and minutes. Plus who knows what does 'date' stand for, Mod date or create date or access date...ect
