Confusing setup but works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a bit of a hard time setting up this product and had to call customer service, but they were great and we managed to get it done in the end! The fireplace is lovely, the colors are incredible and bright, and the heater works very well. My only critique is that the fire noises it makes aren’t very realistic and sounds more like water honestly haha.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fireplace is everything it says it is, to sit and watch the fire and the different settings is great options. The grandkids loved the colorful one. Great quality of material that it was made of. The only thing is, it is very heavy, it does take to men to lift , the installation of the product was easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is extremely high quality and has a strong luxury feel. The fireplace completely transformed the room and really puts off some heat. The remote makes it so much more convenient. Simple setup too!
