One of the rollers came with a broken plastic piece. I attempted to file an issue online and have heard nothing back from HP.

This maintenance kit makes the HP printer practically new again. It includes almost everything needed to replace the rollers and fusers. No tools are needed to swap out the parts and the instructions are good except for the resetting of the maintenance reminder in the printer. Those instructions may vary from the machine you have. I know that those reset instructions did not work for the M602X, so I had to Google it and found out how to reset the meter.

I ordered the transfer kit because my printer gave me a message to order it, but the "kit" that I bought had about 10 parts that my machine did not have. there should be a way to input the serial number and get ONLY the parts needed for that machine.

Good Kit - But Not Complete

All the preventative maintenance parts were included in the kit except for the tray #1 separation pad and the tray #2 separation roller. I would have been nice to replace all the rollers and the separation pad on the printer at the same time with genuine HP parts.
