[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I had purchased the teams compatible headphones, but I have now realized I might not have. Didn’t realize until now. So far so good, but I can tell the microphone does pick up on sounds in a busy work office clinic. We’re in a room where people come in and go, laughing etc, and I am afraid this mic is not sufficient for that. They are comfortable and look nice. The other concern is that the volume on the headsets are kinda low. Compared to my other cheaper versions, I feel like maybe the volume could go louder? Some one the clients are so soft spoken, and if they’re not talking clearly/normal, it’s a little hard to hear. Besides that they’re okay.
