Performs just as required, however, installer scratched top of hood and also is kinda noisy when the wind kicks up.

I do a lot of cast iron cooking, I mean a lot, and we had a recirculating" vent that did not fully do its job, we had to yell over and the house still filled with smoke. This looks great, but it is so functional... Super quiet on the highest settings, adds more light, I did vent to outside and voila, wonderful cooking experience again. Thanks!

Replace a microwave with vent fan and the difference is day and night
Love the timer feature set at end of cooking clears any residual and turns itself off

Functions as advertised and price is reasonable. Loved all vent options came with the package. Looks good and definitely recommend this product. Room for improvement: would have been nice if a template sheet to assist with under cabinet mount task or provide slightly smaller diameter washers for holding screws for easier mount task.
