Great looking Range Top

This range top functions and looks great perfectly matching our gas stove. If you are installing yourself, please be warned that it is very difficult to attach in the back screws as the fans are on the way. We finally got it working after buying a drill extender and a long screwdriver.

A Wonderful Kitchen Appliance!

I'm a retired chef of 50 years. It's been my pleasure to have found this exhaust hood. The extra power, being there when needed is crucial to a clean kitchen. This Hauslane is wonderful. The 'screens', not being a mesh and as cleanable as these are, shows the experience going in to it's design. The grease trough is a blessing because otherwise, where is grease supposed to go, if left to accumulate? Being in my mid 70's, I was still able to remove the old and install this new unit without help, in one afternoon.
Overall I love it. The lights are bright and for the CFM's it draws, it's very reasonably quiet. My hearty recommendation!

We've been using the UC-PS18 range hood for almost four years now, and it's been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. From day one, it's performed flawlessly, efficiently removing smoke, steam, and cooking odors without any hiccups.
One of my favorite features is the dishwasher-safe baffle filters. They're incredibly easy to clean, saving me time and hassle. The timer control is another great touch, allowing me to set it and forget it, knowing the hood will turn off automatically after I'm done cooking.

The fan is very loud on the higher speeds. Also I wish they had a dimmer on the light because it's very bright. Other than that it's very well made and sturdy.
