Great product, terrible instructions and engineering for ergonomics.

The product is great, we installed it last Monday, The noise level is low compared to the one we used to have (A fossil from 1994) and the suction is great. I would give the product five stars, but it has two issues. The first one is the instructions, they are ... really bad. I saw previous feedbacks and I saw the same feedback from others, but I was not really expecting this bad. The second one is that given the design of the product I would expect the engineers to design an easy way to install it, it is just to difficult, given the position where the range is located for everybody. I am just saying, the design can be improved to help customer to install the range, it is just six holes and plug to electricity, anybody should be able to install the device, it is just not designed for that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy overall with this product. Rectangular exhaust vent flap does make some noise. Would be be nice if power cord could easily be changed to exit from top OR back. Quality and looks are good.

Love this hood vent!! It does tend to get loud past the 4th setting, however it has amazing power and everything tends to get louder, the harder it works! My old one was much louder and didn't work nearly as well!! Installation was a hard wire, make sure you have an electrician.Great product for the money!

Powerful and elegant range hood

This is a very powerful and elegant range hood, excellent suction and illumination; it is also very good-looking.On the cons side I have to say that it is a bit heavy and challenging to install.Overall I am very satisfied about Hauslane 30??PS18 Under Cabinet Range Hood.

This is amazing hood. It does the job really well and also looks really great in the kitchen. It is little loud when the fan is in full speed but it's acceptable. It gets the job done really well.

Parts are washable, and noise level speed range are too good

This is good for our type of Indian cooking.Also filter collects all dust can be cleaned in dishwasher. Rating is so good, that is the reason we bought this.
