Easy to install and great tech support

Tech support (Emily L) saved me a lot of grief on this one. *Great* tech support. This vent hood was easy to install. But it was making a high-pitch noise, and I was afraid that the bearings were gone on one of the motors or something like that. I called tech support, sent them a quick video of the noise, and they suggested I loosen the mounting screws half a turn. I was skeptical, but it worked like a charm! It is super quiet now and moves a *ton* of air. I could not be more pleased. It's really great to have that type of support.

Good styling and excellent suction. However, we did experience an issue with the circuit board. Emily L. was very helpful in resolving the problem.

I purchased this after my expensive hood vent's blower motor went out. The Hauslane was less expensive to purchase new than to replace the blower motor. The price is great, the product is wonderful, the display is easy to use and read, and the unit is very pretty. Had lots of compliments. Also removes the steam and smells from cooking even at the lowest speed.

This range hood is modern and sleek, and performs extremely well. For three years, we had a microwave vent. Cooking every single meal meant still having to open all of the windows even though the vent was on. This Hauslane range hood performs better AND is quieter!
I would recommend this to a friend!
