Silent and easy to use compared with XB405

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this printer to replace our old B405 printers at the office. The aesthetics of B315 are nicer compared to B405, the scanning capability is swifter (paper moves slightly slower but it scans both sides with one sweep). Easier to maintain. The only con is the paper tray, too small and if you want one with more capacity, you have to buy it separately.

Printer has paper Feeder issues!

I purchased this printer as a replacement for another xerox printer that was having issues with grabbing multiple checks. Well, this printer has the same issue and grabs two pieces of paper randomly. It caused so many issues while I was printing our checks so I had to send this back for a refund. I ended up buying an HP Laserjet and it works perfectly!

Inferior to the 3345 model it replaced,

This printer's MFC software has less features than the Xerox 3345 that it replaced in this price range. The address book management and scan to network is less featured, e.g. unable to type in a filename, so a scan will overwrite the previous scan, making the device a lot less convenient as the user has to return to the computer to rename the file after each scan. Not even an "append date-time" option to differentiate scans. No LDAP addressbook, nor addressbook import and export. A tiny screen at the printer. Feels like a cheap home printer from 20 years ago.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product I the printing on both sides of the paper that a nice because I do taxes and save on a lot paper. This is a nice printer it has some good features printing of envelopes. I recommend this product to other customer.
